By registering for or participating in any Windy City Tournaments event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not register or participate.

Participants must meet age, skill, and other eligibility requirements as outlined in individual tournament rules. Teams or individuals unable to meet these requirements may be disqualified.

All registrations must be completed via our official registration process. Payment must be received in full by the stated deadline. Fees are non-refundable except in cases canceled by Windy City Tournaments.

Participants are expected to act respectfully and safely at all events. Windy City Tournaments reserves the right to remove any participant or team for misconduct or unsafe behavior without refund.

Participation in Windy City Tournaments involves inherent risk of injury. By participating, you agree to release Windy City Tournaments, its organizers, and venue owners from any liability for injury, property damage, or other claims arising from participation.

By participating, you consent to the use of photographs, video, or other media that include your likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All participants must comply with official tournament rules, which may vary by event. Referees’ and organizers’ decisions are final.

Windy City Tournaments reserves the right to modify schedules, rules, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Efforts will be made to notify participants promptly.
